Job Description
Planning and organizing store operations, setting and achieving goals, and controlling goal implementation. Leading, coordinating, and motivating a team. Participating in budgeting and planning processes.
Requirements
- Experience in managing retail processes
- Experience in leading teams of 30 or more employees
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Precision, initiative, analytical skills
- Good planning skills
- Category B driving license
- Good knowledge of Latvian, English, and Russian languages
