Job Description
Ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements, prepare and review legal documents, and provide legal consultations to internal clients.
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- At least 3 years of experience in legal support and business operations legal assurance
- Practical experience in drafting and evaluating contracts and other legal documents
- Good Latvian and English language skills
- Ability to independently develop internal company regulatory documents
- Good analytical, communication, and legal text preparation skills
