Job Description
Actively search and evaluate land parcels for development projects, establish relationships with landowners and negotiate acquisition options, and coordinate technical, legal, and financial due diligence processes.
Requirements
- Education in real estate, urban planning, law, entrepreneurship, economics, or civil engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in land acquisitions or development projects in the real estate or infrastructure sector
- Understanding of the territory planning and building permit processes in the region
- Effective communication and negotiation skills and ability to build trust with partners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to independently organize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously (CRM tool)
- Free command of Latvian and English (English language required for communication with colleagues and management abroad)
- B category driver's license and willingness to be on the road frequently
