Senior Research Engineer - Modeling & Analysis

CVector’s mission is to bring real time economic optimization and AI prediction to every energy and manufacturing plant. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and/or advanced degrees in industrial or energy analytics and techno-economic analysis or ML and statistics applied in industry, preferably in an early-stage or growth-stage company
• Demonstrated strength in Python
• Working knowledge of energy and commodity markets
• Comfortable managing multiple analytical projects at once
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently in a low-structure, high-trust environment
• Excitement to utilize the latest AI tools to accelerate your work, while maintaining an eye on quality
• Ability to rapidly prototype while acknowledging limitations
• Working experience in FinTech, quantitative analysis, and econometrics greatly preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across remote, distributed teams
