Job Description
Administers and manages commercial leases, concession agreements, and property use agreements between CVG Airport Authority and its tenants. Manages assigned airport property portfolios, represents CVG Airport Authority in tenant interactions, and provides recommendations that impact Airport revenue, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public administration, business administration, aviation management, real estate, or a related field
- 2 years of direct experience in property management, commercial leasing, lease negotiations, contract administration, airport management, or commercial real estate
