Job Description
Public Safety Assistant - Terminal Services is a non-sworn uniformed position responsible for parking enforcement, traffic direction, vehicle searches, and customer service at the airport.
Requirements
- Directs traffic flow in front of terminal buildings and other areas
- Enforces parking regulations and issues citations as necessary
- Supports the Airport Master Security Plan
- Directs customer flow up to TSA ticket document check positions
- Monitors and adjusts queue lanes to minimize wait times
- Acts as a Customer Service Representative
- Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned
