Job Description
CVHCare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities to patients in collaboration with a Licensed/Certified Clinician. The CHHA will assist with activities such as checking temperature, pulse, and respiration rates, assisting with exercises, and providing support with daily activities like getting in and out of bed, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Minimum one (1) year checking vitals and reporting/documenting on clinical charts
- Home Health Aide Training
- California Home Health Aide Certification and CPR Certification
- General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
- Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
- Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
- Strong experience using computers and computer systems
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail Suite or other systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
