CVR is seeking a Contract Administrator to process HCV contract leasing functions, ensure owner and unit eligibility, and communicate with all tiers of the HCV program.
Requirements
- Associates degree and/or college credit hours in business, social work, or public administration
- 3-5 years of experience working with the public in HCV, low-income tax credit, property management/compliance, and similar non-profit programs
- 3-5 years of client service experience
- Knowledge of public sector housing authority programs and systems
