Job Description
CVR is seeking a Moves Coordinator to assist low-income families and individuals with navigating the process for securing affordable housing and improved living conditions. The Moves Coordinator provides customer service and support to clients, landlords, and tenants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of college business experience
- 3-5 years of client service experience
- Experience working in a high-volume call and production environment
- Experience utilizing client information databases (i.e. Yardi, Salesforce, SharePoint, electronic document management systems)
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Experience working with diverse clientele
