Continuous Improvement Engineer, Operational Excellence Initiatives COE

CVS Health is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support operational excellence initiatives across the entire CVS Distribution network. The role will be responsible for leading and supporting projects and culture to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of the operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success and experience in Lean Manufacturing Concepts and continuous improvement
• WMS, ERP, MES, or LMS systems and database structure experience
• Experience managing projects and very experienced in change management
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary approach in problem solving and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and working with data/reports
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability
