Executive Director, Strategic Operations - Medicare Supplement and Ancillary

We are seeking an Executive Director of Strategic Operations to serve as a key leader within the Medicare Supplement and Ancillary business.

Requirements

• Partner with senior business leadership to shape strategy, identify priority initiatives, and drive execution across all Medicare Supplement and Ancillary lines of business.
• Own the design, evolution, and governance of the enterprise operating model, ensuring clarity, accountability, and effective decision‐making.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying and advancing partnership opportunities with Medicare, internal stakeholders, external organizations, and affinity partners.
• Provide strategic leadership to teams spanning risk, reporting & analytics, business optimization, and related functions to drive performance and insight.
• Strengthen operational effectiveness by evaluating business practices, ensuring compliance, and proactively navigating regulatory changes.
• Build, develop, and retain a high‐performing, diverse leadership team capable of meeting and exceeding business objectives.
• Drive collaboration across Medicare and shared service partners to identify performance opportunities and translate insights into actionable execution plans.
• Build and maintain strong external relationships, including brokers, regulators, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Lead enterprise change management efforts, ensuring alignment to strategy, disciplined execution, and sustained adoption.
• Oversee the review and analysis of business performance, using data and insights to inform decision‐making and continuous improvement.
