Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations in the comfort of people's own homes and help bridge gaps in care. You'll be part of a national network of purpose-driven clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
