Requirements
- Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate from their programs between December 2024 and May 2026.
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Fellowship program location for at least the next two years.
- Have not yet worked as an NP.
- Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program.
- Have passed, or in the process of, passing NP board examinations by 6/6/2026.
- Currently holds or will hold by 8/3/2026 an active, non-probationary state NP license.
- A genuine passion for adult primary care.
- A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults.
- Embrace teamwork and the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant colleagues.

- Language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location.
