Outreach Executive

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Core Responsibilities: Sales, Relationship Management.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
• Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
• Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
• US work authorization
