CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for CX Product - Customer Analytics to lead the development and launch of analytically powered applications for internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of product management, data analytics, and structured problem-solving skills, as well as experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams. The role will involve developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, supporting engineering and data science teams, and conducting user research and usability testing. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for championing Agile methodologies and lean practices in product development, as well as applying analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data. The role is based in the CVS Health office in NYC.
