Senior Manager Software Development Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead teams, including contractors and cross‐functional resources
• Experience managing work intake, prioritization, and scheduling across multiple initiatives
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem resolution, negotiation, and decision‐making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently
• Demonstrated ability to document and maintain system and support documentation
