CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. The Shift Supervisor will lead the store staff, ensure smooth store operations, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues at the store
