Job Description
CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Head of International Expansion to lead the company’s growth across new and existing European markets. This role focuses on building and leading high-performing teams, shaping the company’s vision, and expanding its angel investor network. The position requires relocation as new markets open.
Requirements
- Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones
- Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market
- Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
- Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe
- Represent CVX publicly
- Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets
