Job Description
CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Head of New Markets to lead the organization's expansion across Europe. This hands-on role will be responsible for market growth, team leadership, strategy execution, and network development. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational skills, and leadership capabilities to shape the future of venture investing in Europe.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking, combined with some start up or venture/private equity investment experience
- Flexibility to relocate to new markets for a few months when opening new offices
- Great with people – you connect fast and lead with trust
- Unusually driven and ambitious – you want to win at everything you do and bring others with you
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- A strategic thinker who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty
