Job Description
CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead its expansion in both existing and new European markets. The role involves building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams, owning the strategy, and representing the company to various stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership position with the opportunity to relocate temporarily as new markets emerge.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking experience
- Experience with startup or venture/private equity investment
- Flexibility to relocate to new markets (for a few months)
- Strong people skills (connect fast, lead with trust)
- Unusually driven and ambitious
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
