We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments, and be able to drive sales and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably within venture capital, fast-growing startups or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- High work morale and "Sense of urgency"
- Exceptional drive and will to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, and win trust from business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new ventures
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem.
