Job Description
We're seeking a Lead Custodian to contribute to the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of our facility while serving as a working lead for the custodial team. In this role, you'll perform custodial duties, guide and mentor a team of adults with disabilities, and help them build skills and succeed in their work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, educational, or government facilities
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment
- Ability to stay organized, follow daily routines, and keep track of supplies or maintenance needs
- Valid driver's license and valid Real ID
- Ability to obtain and maintain government base access
