Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Custodian to contribute to the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of our facility while guiding and mentoring a team of custodial staff. The successful candidate will have hands-on janitorial experience, strong knowledge of cleaning practices and safety procedures, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, educational, or government facilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning practices and safety procedures
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and power washers
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Real ID
- Ability to obtain and maintain government base access
