The successful candidate will provide executive-level administrative and operational support while contributing to process improvement and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate administration, operations, vendor coordination, or project support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working with project management tools is considered an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable interacting professionally with external vendors and internal stakeholders
