Requirements

• Lead and mentor the Marketing Department
• Develop and manage annual department budgets
• Oversee key goals, including sales and brand marketing
• Drive the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans
• Establish and implement processes to align responsibilities and strategies across E-Commerce, Design, and Brand Marketing
