We are looking for a Freelance Luxury Automotive Evaluator to provide expert feedback on the customer journey in premium automotive showrooms. The role involves interacting with product experts, evaluating service, and submitting observations through structured questionnaires.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
- Own a car and has a driving license.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
