Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of IT service management (ITSM) and ideally experience with ITIL, IaaS, cloud platforms
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the field of ITSM
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
- Communication skills and team ability
- Analytical understanding to structure complexity and explain relationships, as well as the ability to design and explain solutions/concepts
- Good knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
