Job Description
As a Staff Software Engineer at CyberArk, you will own and drive larger technical initiatives end-to-end, from shaping problem spaces to delivering scalable solutions that span teams and services. You will lead technical initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), design, develop, and ship production systems, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives
- Strong full-stack design and development background
- Deep understanding of modern SaaS architectures
- Proven ability to make high-quality technical tradeoffs
- Natural technical leadership and influence
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
