Senior Associate Consultant - Client Success

Cyberlogic is a trusted Managed Solutions Provider seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to drive consultative value across their strategic client portfolio, combining research, sales support, consulting delivery, and enablement coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Technology, and experience in management consulting, advisory, or business analysis. The role involves consultative selling, client acquisition, and delivery of engagements, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Technology
• Postgraduate or professional qualification advantageous (MBA, PMP, Prince2, or IMC certification)
• Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman)
• Exposure to management consulting, business strategy, or technology services through coursework, internships, or first jobs advantageous
• Professional Experience: Management consulting, advisory, or business analysis (internships or junior roles), Pre-sales, sales enablement, or strategy roles in a tech/MSP/software company, Client success, account management, or project delivery support in technology services, Market research, insights, or business development roles with client exposure
