We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to mission-critical systems and projects for agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, and the Office of Personnel Management.

Requirements

• Designing, developing and implementing custom software and database application capabilities
• Acting as a member of a product team supporting teammates and collaborating with a do what it takes attitude
• Providing improvements to the product(s) being supported
• Analyzing complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions
• Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work
• Providing mentoring to junior members of the team
