Technical Editor

We are seeking a Technical Editor to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering lives through SSA's Employment Support Initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years relevant editing or technical writing experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6–8 years of related experience
• Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to ensure accuracy in written materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document editing tools
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Familiarity with government or SSA documentation requirements is preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
