We're hiring a Customer Onboarding Executive to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for our rated companies.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proven experience in customer onboarding or support, preferably in a technology environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
