Patentanwalt (m/w/d) - Elternzeitvertretung

We are looking for a Patent Attorney (m/w/d) to join our team at CYBEX. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel on industrial property law, identify and evaluate inventions, and support the development of our international patent portfolio.

Requirements

• Completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, physics, or comparable), ideally supplemented by additional training in industrial property law
• European patent attorney qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in patent law
• High level of motivation, independent work style, and strong reliability
• Analytical strength and structured approach to complex technical and legal questions
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and set priorities
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
• Familiarity with MS Office and experience with patent databases and research tools
