Job Description
We are looking for a Patent Attorney to provide strategic advice on patent law, develop global IP strategies, and protect valuable innovations. The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical discipline, and in-depth experience in intellectual property law.
Requirements
- Fully qualified German or European patent attorney (EPA/DE)
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, physics or a comparable technical discipline
- In-depth relevant professional experience in intellectual property law
- Experience in managing complex international IP projects
- High degree of self-initiative, reliability and organisational skill
- Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Secure handling of MS Office and experience in the use of patent databases and IP research tools
