Sales Representative Cybex Child Safety (m/f/d)

CYBEX is a company that puts tomorrow’s people at the heart of its brand. We are looking for a Sales Representative to sell our car seats to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry. The successful candidate will execute sales strategies, merchandise products, and provide training sessions to retailers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales
• Interest in technology and innovation
• Demonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively
• Proficient in both English and Norwegian with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable
