Specialist Regulatory and Scientific Affairs (m/f/d)

CYBEX is looking for a Specialist Regulatory and Scientific Affairs to support the Director of Industrial Relations Child Safety in regulatory affairs, provide support to development teams, and represent CYBEX views at industry and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in engineering, statistics or a similar discipline
• At least three years relevant regulatory and/or scientific experience in a vehicle safety environment
• Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
• Demonstrable report-writing and presentation skills for regulatory and/or scientific audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form working relationships with people from different backgrounds
• Knowledgeable of research methods and techniques with experience of designing small to medium scale projects
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and assess their implications
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and adapt to different circumstances and environments
• Willingness to travel, both in Germany and internationally, to attend meetings and conferences
• Fluent in English, German an advantage
