We are looking for a Specialist Retail Marketing to plan and implement initiatives, calendar management, customer retention optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to increase customer frequency in stores.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in retail marketing, campaign coordination, or omnichannel activation
- Campaign implementation skills: Practical experience in supporting and executing digital and in-store campaigns
- Operational coordination: Ability to manage campaign calendars, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth introduction of activations in all stores
- Data- and performance-awareness: Safe tracking of campaign performance metrics and utilization of insights
- Customer-oriented mindset: Understanding of the customer journey in retail and experience with initiatives to improve customer retention and conversion at key touchpoints
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and multitasking skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high execution quality
- Technical competence: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, content management systems, basic analysis reports, and Meta ads, Google ads, and CRM tools
