Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in-house (or a combination of law firm and in-house), preferably in a scale-up business
- Generalist with experience in commercial IT contracts, government contracting, intellectual property and compliance
- Profound IT-B2B and IT-B2G business understanding
- Independent innovative thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible team player with consulting, negotiation and persuasive skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle a variety of priorities with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and passion to support a growing business
