Cyclotron is a modern technology consulting firm seeking a Change Leadership Presales Consultant to lead development and delivery for presales in the Change Leadership practice. The successful candidate will work closely with project delivery leaders to shape offers that solve real client needs and stay current on Microsoft innovations.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and results orientation
• 5+ years leading large-scale change efforts
• Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
• Copilot/ AI / IT / Microsoft experience
