Job Description
Cyderes is looking for a VP Finance, Controller to lead the company's global accounting and finance operations, ensuring the integrity, scalability, and performance of the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance leadership roles, with experience in audits, tax compliance, and complex global financial reporting environments.
Requirements
- CPA designation required, background in public accounting preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead audits, tax compliance, and complex global financial reporting environments, with strong technical knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
- Demonstrated success in system implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader in a private equity-backed, SaaS or technology company preferred
- Experience with NetSuite and exposure to enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Dayforce, Concur preferred
