Cylus is a cybersecurity startup looking for a highly proactive Office Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day office operations and create a great employee experience. The role involves managing office services, inventory, employee travel, payroll, and bookkeeping, as well as supporting employee welfare initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- +3 years of proven work experience as an office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup/Hi-Tech industry (with +50 employees)
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding vendors (full cycle from negotiations to contract, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, self-driven, and a result-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities in a startup environment
- People-person - motivated by helping others and is truly service-oriented
- Experience with operational system integrations (e.g., Bob, Expensify)
