Cylus is a cybersecurity startup looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team in North America and help accelerate their expansion across the U.S. and Canada. The role will be remote and requires 25–40% travel across North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the rail, transportation, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and contributing to complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, small-team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–40% across North America and International travel once a year.
