Maintenance Technician

CYM Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our properties. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
