Project Integrator (Req: 293-1-24)

We are seeking a Project Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance and being onsite.

Requirements

• Introduce and implement Configuration Management processes according to Customer guidelines.
• Support the full life cycle of the Customer’s CM Database (CMDB) by scheduling meetings and developing meeting agendas.
• Track, monitor, and provide the status of Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Request for Changes (RFCs) in coordination with the Customer’s IT Operations organization.
• Provide follow-up coordination and status for action items or issues.
• Process on a regular cycle discrepancy reports requirements, build reports, investigation reports, requests for changes or operation change requests.
• Assist in changes to the CM process and establish and maintain new and existing schedules.
• Support project teams in defining, documenting, changing, and baselining project configuration items.
• Ensure that the websites are correctly formatted, contain updated information, and have the same common look and feel.
• Serve as the Enterprise Scrum Lead for the organization
• Demonstrated experience with software configuration management documentation (CM Processes, SOPs, CM meeting minutes, and Agendas).
• Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence sites, and SharePoint.
• 3. Demonstrated experience managing and creating organization roadmaps for technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing and creating organization master project schedule(s).
• Demonstrated experience developing, managing, or operating program governance boards.
• Demonstrated experience with protocols for access administration and system deployments.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting problems and document discrepancies.
• Demonstrated experience submitting system status and updates to scheduling and coordinating across organizations for system releases or outages.
• Demonstrated experience tracking and modifying CI’s, incidents, and work orders using ServiceNow.
