Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for all chapter operations, including financial management, staff management, and volunteer leadership, ensuring strategies align with the Foundation's overall mission. Ensures a focus on individual giving, including major giving, annual fund, and bequests to diversify and strengthen the chapter's funding sources.

Requirements

• Develop and implement multi-year strategic plan for the chapter
• Lead and manage the chapter staff
• Develop, manage and achieve the chapter's fundraising and operating budget
• Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, community members, and care centers
• Maintain working knowledge of the Foundation’s offerings
