Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will lead high-impact projects and contribute new ideas to accomplish production goals. They will be responsible for solving production issues quickly and reducing downtime using a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• Directs personnel in troubleshooting Optics, fluidics, and equipment components
• Identifies problems and pursues plans toward their resolution to improve quality, waste, and equipment efficiency
• Handles projects of a moderate to large scope requiring extensive cross-functional coordination
• Performs and documents field failure investigations, identify root causes, reduce process scrap, and participate in corrective and preventive action efforts
• Leads continuous improvement projects to support cost reduction, on-time delivery, customer complaints, and production capacity goals
