Reagent Product Manager (Fremont/ San Diego, CA)

Cytek Biosciences is a leading cell analysis solutions company seeking a Reagent Product Manager to manage and accelerate its complete reagent portfolio revenue and market share growth. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, drive above-market growth, and partner with regional marketing teams to execute on sales plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience are required.
• M.B.A. preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar product management and/or marketing role.
• Possesses collaborative team-based approach to drive key initiatives
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
• Demonstrates ability to influence stakeholders in other functions
• Analytical skills, especially the ability to generate alternative solutions and manage risk by identifying criteria for trade-off decisions and helping to facilitate difficult conversations
• Demonstrates understanding of company’s external customer needs and how they affect business unit products and services.
• Possess strong presentation skills.
• Mastery of Excel and pivot tables.
• Self-motivated and a driving force of execution in their current or past organizations able to complete tasks by leveraging relationships and establishing goals.
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, fast moving startup environment.
• Able to adapt to changing needs and parameters caused by time, budget, or other constraints typical of a newly formed business and markets.
