Sales Specialist, Reagents & Instruments (SoCal - San Diego/ LA)

Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their expanding team in Southern California. The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external partners to maximize commercial impact and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of life sciences sales experience OR a combination of scientific lab experience and hands-on work with distribution partners and channel sales models.
• Demonstrated experience selling life science reagents, consumables, or related research tools into academic, government, or biotechnology research environments, with exposure to flow cytometry, cell analysis, or related technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue within assigned territories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
