Job Description
CytomX Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Scientist I/II, Bioconjugation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust research scale conjugation processes, novel conjugation strategies, and analytical methods to support the discovery pipeline PDC programs.
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Protein Chemistry or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in the biotechnology or biopharma industry for Senior Scientist I
- 6+ years of experience in the biotechnology or biopharma industry for Senior Scientist II
- Hands-on experience in developing high-throughput conjugation methods
- Strong chemistry knowledge to help in optimization and validation of synthetic routes
- Hands-on experience in bioconjugation methods
- Experience in synthesis, purification and characterization of ADCs
- Experience in development of purification strategies
- Expertise in analytical and biophysical characterization of ADCs
