Cyzerg is a technology company looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to work with clients and deliver on tasks such as intake and onboarding procedures, tracking client progress, and providing detailed direction on service implementation. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and professional with outstanding organizational and communication skills. The role requires working from the company's office in Clark, Freeport, Pampanga, and is open to professionals with a bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 3 years of experience in dealing with customers or clients.
Requirements
- Able to work from 8am to 5pm US time (Eastern Time).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) – a must!
- Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with customers or clients.
- US insurance background is a plus!
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
